To the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Roto-Rooter Company:

I had to drop a line to tell of the positive experience with the Roto-Rooter Team. The Clerical team were polite, patient and efficient. They lined me up with the A-Team of Professional plumbing and water clean-up specialists, namely: Jared Ulrich-project manager and Chuck Black, Josh Polachek (field specialists, Tim Salva (Prep Specialist), Mike DelPrete (Coordinator Specialist) and Matt Schell (Finish Coordinator).

All three of my water facilities were compromised. My toilet, tub, and both sinks. Needless to say this was a hardship. Because of my age: 76 years old and Health Problems. They took action immediately and within 1 day they had sewer functioning and needless to say, all my facilities.

I can't emphasize enough how important this was to my physical and mental health. They literally and figuratively "Saved My Life". People take for granted their water facilities till they are not functioning. Again, Thank you RR Team.
