Kudos to Josh for going above and beyond!

Louis from East Stroudsburg called in and said he wanted "the higher ups" and everyone on the team to know he really appreciates the amazing customer service Josh provided today. He went out to snake the main line and the customer ended up getting a water filter system added to today's services. He said these plumbing issues were nagging at him and the fact he called us, and we sent Josh out same day, and then Josh was able to accomplish everything same day showed knowledge of the trade and dedication to getting the job done for the customers he helps! Awesome and productive day, Josh- we appreciate you!!
